The purchaser or user of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product assumes and accepts full and total responsibility of this product.
The material used to make our holster is for fitting and not a firearm trigger safety. Handle it with care to prevent damage, property damage, personal injury and/or death.
The HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster (aka The Bedside Holster™) is not indestructible. It can rip and therefore cause unwanted access to the trigger of the holstered firearm. If your HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster becomes damaged, it is considered a high risk and should be discarded immediately.
If a certain weight limit is surpassed, it can cause the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster to slip out of its intended location making the contents within posing a potential threat. DO NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMITS OF THE APPLICATION. The weight limit changes based on the friction coefficients of the mating surfaces used to secure the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster. It is the customer's responsibility to determine these limits for their given circumstances and take precautions.
Furniture or items used to secure the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster may become damaged and is a responsibility of the customer to be aware of the potential. Damages including but not limited to a rip, snag, or tear.
Under no circumstances should you try to modify a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product. It can pose a threat if altered or mistreated. Modification of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product, aside from the adjustable features built into the product, should be avoided AT ALL COSTS.

By purchasing this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product product you are acknowledging that you understand and unequivocally agreeing to all of the following terms, limitations, waivers and conditions set forth below:

You, as the purchaser and/or end user of this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product, acknowledge and agree that HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR LIABLE FOR ANY LEGAL ISSUES, OF ANY KIND, WHICH MAY ARISE FROM THE POSSESSION OR USE OF A HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC PRODUCT.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OF ANY KIND.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INTENTIONAL OR ACCIDENTAL DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR FROM THE USE OF THIS HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC PRODUCT.
USING ANY HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC PRODUCT IS THE SOLE AND OWN RISK OF THE USER.
Any user of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products acknowledges and agrees that he/she SHALL be independently and solely responsible and liable for any and all accidental, intentional, or negligent injury or death which may occur from the use of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product. This understanding, agreement, and acceptance of sole and independent liability SHALL exist upon the end user REGARDLESS of any improper or negligent handling or use of a firearm in conjunction with this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
The HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster requires specific use and installation. HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL not not be liable or responsible for any injury, death, or property damage by any means including but not limited to intentional, accident, negligence, reckless, or careless use or installation of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
You as the purchaser of this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product are solely and independently responsible for knowing and complying with your specific state laws and all federal laws regarding and relating to the carrying/owning of a firearm.
If you are the purchaser and you gift or in any way transfer a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product to another person or entity, you agree to be solely and independently responsible for ensuring the individual or entity you transfer this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product to is knowledgeable and in compliance with any specific state laws and all federal laws regarding carrying/owning a firearm. As the purchaser of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product, you acknowledge and agree to provide the end user of this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product a copy of this disclaimer and waiver of liability simultaneously upon transfer of this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
This waiver of liability shall include but NOT be limited to firearm reciprocity, transporting, loaded and unloaded firearm carrying, along with open and concealed firearm carrying laws. It is strongly suggested and recommended you have a state issued firearm's license from your state or other proper, valid and legal authorization to carry a firearm. Additionally, you as the purchaser or end user MUST provide your own independent acknowledgment, confirmation and understanding of the state and federal laws which are relevant. If you have any questions or are unsure of the laws associated with firearm ownership, firearm carrying, these terms and conditions, or waiver of liability, consult with your own independent attorney for such legal advice.
It is strongly advised not to use this HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product in close proximity with moving parts as it may cause damage to the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product and possibly resulting in faulty or negligent use.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products are not intended for automotive use, doing so may lead to dangerous and unlawful situations and is the sole responsibility of the user. He/she hereby acknowledges HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC is not responsible for any injury, death, lawsuits, or penalties that result of failing to comply.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT assume in any way, take any responsibility or accept any liability associated with anyone’s purchase of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products. This SHALL INCLUDE but not be limited to how anyone may or may not use safe, proper, lawful, and responsible gun control measures.
At HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC we are dedicated to delivering the hightest quality of products. Our products are intended for safe and proper use by end users but this DOES NOT guarantee that injury, death, or damages will not occur. FIREARMS ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS and therefore you, as the user, are solely and exclusively responsible, as well as independently liable, for any and all conditions associated with the use of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products, including but not limited to possession/use of a firearm, as you use a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
The limitation of liability SHALL INCLUDE but NOT LIMITED to any and all unjust, injury, death, or property damage regardless of whether such act is intentional, accidental, negligent, and/or reckless.
It is recommended that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should a user place a loaded firearm in your HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product. Failure to do this is the sole liability and responsibility of the user as it may result in injury, death, or property damage. The user MUST ALWAYS verify the chamber of the firearm is empty before using it with any HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
You MUST check and verify that the built in adjustment’s of the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product is set to correct specifications for the specific firearm being holstered. These specifications MUST follow guidelines set in by the firearm manufacturing on proper holstering and/or storing of the firearm.
Alterations or changes, OF ANY KIND AND ANY MAGNITUDE, may result in improper hold or fitment of the firearm. Such changes or alterations may result in or cause negligent or accidental discharge of the firearm.
The HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster fits various sizes of handheld firearms, ranging in both physical size, caliber, and weight. In no way should the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster be altered that could result in unsafe fitment of a firearm in a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster. Such action may result in accidental or negligent discharge of the firearm.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC and any of its members, owners, managers, board members, stock holders and anyone in association HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY KIND for incidents occurring as a result of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product or firearm which has been altered or modified in anyway.
Firearm’s are constantly advancing in design and technology with new models coming to market daily. Due to this, the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster was designed around past models which may result in improper or unsafe fitment of newer firearms as time goes on. HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC and any of its members, owners, managers, board members, stockholders and anyone in association HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for such production changes, which can and do occur in the firearm market, resulting in the HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLCholster to become loose and/or defective causing improper and unsafe fitment at anytime. A result of ill fitment, improper holstering, or unsafe conditions of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product, due to these situations, result in immediate cease of use and the holster shall not be used anymore.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC accepts no responsibility or liability of any kind, for any accidents, property damage, injury, or deaths, whether through international, accidental, or negligent acts involving any HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products. The sole and entire risk associated with the use, installation, operation, and reliability of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holsters rests solely and individually with the buyer and/or user.
Any user of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holsters MUST abide by the rules for safe and proper handling of a firearm or weapon, whether it be guidelines issued by local, state, or federal government institutions. The user and or purchaser of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products assumes and accepts full responsibility to follow legal guidelines pertaining to the use and ownership of a firearm along with a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster. Users should never attempt to fire a firearm whilst the firearm is holstered in a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster. This act can lead to firearm discharge and/or cause injury or death due to such an accident, whether accidental, intentional, or negligent. Purchasers and or users of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product accept the full responsibility of this product, its use, and any and all acts including but not limited to accidental, Intentional, or negligence.
All purchasers and users hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree that HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC and any of its members, owners, managers, board members, stockholders and anyone in association HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBLE in anyway for wear, damage, or changes to your firearm over time caused by a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
All purchasers and users hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree that HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC and any of its members, owners, managers, board members, stockholders and anyone in association HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC holster SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBLE for any injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by accidental, intentional, negligent, or reckless acts resulting from the use of a HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC product.
HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC has no control on the utilization of our products following the user and or purchasers purchase. Because of this, HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC and its owners, managers, board members, stockholders, and anyone in association with HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC hereby disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for intentional, negligent or accidental injury or death in addition to any and all incidental or consequential damage to people and/or property resulting from any use of HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC products. All purchasers and users understand, agree and acknowledge that their decision to physically possess a firearm, for personal defense and/or recreational purposes, carries the risk and potential for injury, death, and or property damage. Such risk of injury and/or death, whether by intentional, negligence, or accidentally act, is the sole responsibility of the individual purchaser or user. Because of this, HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC strongly advises that you seek out and undergo proper firearm handling and firearm safety training before using a firearm or any firearm related product, including but not limited to products offered by HIGH INERTIA INNOVATIONS LLC.
